To maintain a healthier body, you need to renounce the low fat food that contains fat. Instead, eat those foods with low fat rate.
These are the healthy tips:
• Simplify - think of your diet in terms of the color of your food, variety and freshness—then it should be easier to make healthy choices. Focus on looking foods you love and easy recipes that incorporate a few fresh ingredients.
• Start slow and make changes to your eating habits over time - Make small steps, like adding a salad (full of different color vegetables) to your diet once a day or turning from butter to olive oil when cooking.
• Every change you make to improve your diet matters - you do not have to be perfect, think of another option that would stick you to a healthier body while you are having your diet.
• Try not to think of certain foods as “off limits” - you fail to work out with your plan if you let your self get into temptation
• Think of smaller portions - you have to use smaller plates, think about serving sizes in realistic terms and start small.
• Eat with others when possible - it allows you to model healthy eating habits.
• Take time to chew your food and enjoy mealtimes - You have to chew your food slowly, savoring every bite. Sometimes you tend to rush though your meals, forgetting the actual taste of the food and the textures of what are in your mouth.
• Listen to you body
• You have to eat your breakfast and eat smaller meals throughout the day - minimize the size of you rice, instead you have to use small plates, take small amount of your food that your about to take in.
The goal of a healthy low fat diet plan is to maintain the fat content low in the foods that you take in. It is very important to lower the amount of unhealthy saturated fat and trans fat that you consume, but it does not mean that it is good to consume lots of other types of healthy fats. It is concentrated source of calories and should be restricted on a low fat plan.
